BEAUTY: Alesha Dixon

UK SINGER Alesha Dixon has been revealed as the new face of cosmetics giant Avon.

The 33-year-old beauty, who was recently pictured fronting their latest campaign, has also been given the role of Beauty and Empowerment Ambassador for the UK and Ireland.

Dixon, who will also support domestic violence initiatives as a part of her new role, said: "I’m so incredibly proud to partner with Avon, a company that empowers women and brings beauty to their lives."

She continued: "Being the face of Avon make-up means I’ve discovered so many amazing beauty treats that I can’t wait to share"

"But more importantly Avon has a real heart and a true passion for helping to improve the lives of women, so I hope to make a difference through generating awareness for a cause that is so close to me."
