JADA PINKETT Smith has opened up about a younger years and a time when she had an “unhealthy relationship with porn.

On the star’s Facebook series Red Table Talk the 47year-old revealed she “had a little porn addiction” whilst speaking to her daughter Willow and her mother Adrienne backstage.

"If I was still on my porn game, I'd be able to show you some good porn," she said. "Back in the day I had a little porn addiction, but I wasn't in a relationship when I had a porn addiction, believe it or not, thank goodness."

Later in the episode, the Girl’s Trip actrtess went onto clarify that thse felt she used the term ‘addcition” “a little lightly.”

And maybe I’ll say now that I had an unhealthy relationship to porn at one point in my life where I was trying to practice abstinence," she explained.

When asked by her 18-year-old daughter if her "fixation" on porn came from an "emotional" place, Jada said it did.

"It was actually like feeling like an emptiness, at least you think it is," she shared. "But it's actually not."

During the episode, the trio went on to discuss how there is a stigma around porn, as well as Willow revealing she was first exposed to porn on social media site Tumblr at the age of 11.

“All my girlfriends were like, “Oh, you should [watch],” said the singer.

Jada added: “I remember the first time I went on Willow’s Tumblr, she was 10 or 11. She was very matter of fact, she said, I’m going to my Tumblr page but as we’re going to the Tumblr page you’re going to see a lot of stuff. This has nothing to do with me.” ‘So she’s just scrolling, scrolling.

“And when I tell you I saw some of the most hardcore pornography on Tumblr… I can’t believe kids are being exposed to this on a daily basis. I was profoundly disturbed.”

Willow then said: “The thing that I will say though is that because I had you and daddy to actually have real conversations with, that stuff didn’t affect me because I had a connection with people I could talk to about it. And I knew what the reality was.”

The teen then urged Jada and Adrienne t have an open mind about the tobic, saying: “Let’s not stigmatise it. Come on, guys! You know, people are already having problems with it so if we stigmatise it, it makes it more shameful and it makes it so that people don’t want to talk about it and then don’t heal.”
