RAPPER LIL Kim has opened up a new beauty salon with her business partner and cousin in Charlotte, North Carolina last month (Oct 31).

The launch marks the latest addition to the Salon Se Swa beauty franchise owned by the 39-year-old musician and business partner Katrise Jones, which already boasts stores in four other parts of the southern state.

Jones said on the opening: "This new location allows us to cater to a larger customer base and better serve the needs of not only Charlotte, but also its surrounding areas."

"We are extremely excited about our upcoming Customer Appreciation Day. Our clientele is vital to the success of our blossoming business. They appreciate the high end services that we provide and we in turn appreciate them returning for a few hours each week, as they get dolled up and pampered," she added.
