LAUNCH: National Apprenticeship Week

TODAY (MAR 5) marks the launch of National Apprenticeship Week - an informative week filled with useful tips, tricks and opportunities on apprenticeships and how they can help advance your careers.

Statistics show that nearly half of apprenticeships across the board are started by people over 25, and is a combination of on- and off-site learning and experience, guided by knowledgeable tutors and mentors.

From small firms to national and international companies, there are various projects to choose from.

The theme for this year's National Apprenticeship Week is ‘Apprenticeships Work’.

Showcasing how apprenticeships work:
- For individuals
- For employers
- For the community
- For the wider economy

During the week employers and apprentices from across England will come together to celebrate the success of apprenticeships whilst encouraging even more people to choose apprenticeships as a pathway to a great career.
