MISSING: Amandla Ndlovu

SOUTH LONDON police are appealing for the public's help to locate a missing 12-year-old girl from Lambeth.

Amandla Ndlovu was last seen near the Odeon cinema on Putney High Street at approximately 17.30pm on Friday (Dec 18).

She is described as a black girl of small build, 5ft 1in in height. She was wearing blue jeans, a white jumper and a black coat and carrying a black rucksack.

Enquiries led officers to believe Amandla has been in the company of at least one older friend, and that they had been in the Oxford Circus, Croydon town centre and Brixton town centre areas. That older friend has now been traced, but Amandla remains missing.

Amandla is understood not to have a mobile phone or an Oyster Card.

Officers are becoming increasingly concerned for her safety and welfare as due to her age she is considered vulnerable.

Anyone who has seen Amandla or knows of her whereabouts is urged to contact police in Lambeth via 101, quoting reference number 15MIS050664.
