RECOVERING: UK rapper Nolay

BRITISH GRIME star Nolay is on the mend in hospital after being involved in a serious car crash last month.

The musician, who is no longer in a critical condition, has been seen using social media again, and is even updating her fans on her new music projects.

On Sunday (May 1), she tweeted: "I would just like to let my supporters know that I have 2 full projects finished. Don't worry about that. The shelling is still upon em."

The star tweeted for the first time since the accident on Friday (Apr 29) where she shared a photo of herself from her hospital bed.

The caption accompanying the photo, said: "When you almost died but being a bad unstoppable b***h is life."

ON THE MEND: The MC has has a fractured pelvis, fractured vertebrae, fractured sternum and a nasal fracture

Last week, Nolay's manager revealed that the star "opened her eyes for the first time" since she was involved in the serious car accident on April 24.

"Nolay also has suffered a lot of bruising and swelling subsequently from the accident," the manager told the BBC.

"Nolay has a fractured pelvis, fractured vertebrae, fractured sternum and a nasal fracture."

Before the accident, Nolay had been promoting her latest track, Gotta Love It, and just confirmed she would be the subject of a new mini-documentary about her life and music.

News of the crash was posted on her Instagram and her Twitter account was subsequently changed to ‘Pray For Nolay’.

The post said: "Sadly our lovely little angel has been involved in a car accident tonight (24 April) that has left her in a critical condition.

"Our girl is strong and we can only hope that she pulls through it."
