ART BUFFS are reminded not to forget to check out the first ever solo Pablo Picasso exhibition at Tate Modern.

You have until September to take in the works of one of the greatest artists of the 20th century who was inspired by visits to Africa and art from the Motherland.

The exhibition will bring you face-to-face with more than 100 paintings, sculptures and drawings, mixed with family photographs and rare glimpses into his personal life.

The myths around Picasso will be stripped away to reveal the man and the artist in his full complexity and richness.

The EY Exhibition: Picasso 1932 – Love, Fame, Tragedy is curated by Dr Achim Borchardt-Hume, director of exhibitions with Nancy Ireson, Tate Modern’s curator of international art along with assistant curators Laura Bruni and Juliette Rizzi.

The Exhibition is at Tate Modern from March until September 9, 2018. Tickets are available at tate.org.uk.
