WANTED: Marcus Nathan Headlam
POLICE ARE appealing for the public's help in tracing a convicted robber who is wanted on recall to prison.
Marcus Nathan Headlam, last known to be residing in Catford, south London, was originally sentenced to seven years imprisonment in February 2008 after being convicted of robbery. He was later released and is now wanted on recall to prison, having breached the terms of his probation.
Police in Lewisham, south London, are keen to speak to the 31-year-old in connection with a number of offences, including a robbery in which a victim was assaulted and was forced to hand over money.
Headlam, known to use the alias name of Kenneth Anderson, is described as a black male, 6ft 3ins, slim build, with short cropped hair, a wispy black moustache and who speaks with a West Indian accent.
He has scarring on his forehead, nose and eyebrow and a burn on the back of his hand.
Police have warned that Hedlam is known be violent so we advise members public not to approach him and to call 999 immediately if he is sighted.
