BLUE IS THE COLOUR?: Will Romelu Lukaku be coming to Chelsea

CHELSEA ARE said to desperate to sign Anderlecht's teenager striker, Romelu Lukaku.

According to a BBC Sport report, the Belgian club are in talks with Chelsea, who are reported to have put in a bid. However the 18-year-old has also been linked with Arsenal, Manchester City and Tottenham.

Chelsea are said to have made a firm bid for the Belgian international, although the fee they have offered is unknown.

Lukaku has scored twice in 10 games for his national team.

In June, Anderlecht general manager Herman van Holsbeeck said: "There is still a long way to go in the negotiations.

"We are indeed negotiating with Chelsea, but there are other clubs we are talking to."

Lukaku, is believed by many to be one of the brightest talents in European football. The Belgian international is reckoned to be worth £18m on the transfer market.
