TEAM SPIRIT: Grasshoppers netball team

THIS WEEK, Grasshoppers netball team will battle it out to claim the Under 16’s championship final at the University of Nottingham.

Having secured themselves a place in the regional league at the beginning of the season, the girls excelled their way to the top by finishing in the top two.

The team will be representing London and South East in the national competition, which brings together 18 teams across England.

In preparation for the big game, the Grasshoppers players have worked tirelessly to attend training sessions and matches up to 4 to 5 times a week.

By exercising strength, determination and great focus to maintain and improve their individual and team performance, these netball champs are all set for the challenge.

As this talented set of girls continue to play their way to the top, we have some potential future England netball players in the making.
