THE FOUNDER of a high-end range of nude-coloured tights, suitable for black women, has extended her hosiery brand by securing global fashion retailer Topshop as a stockist.

Bianca Miller, who was the runner-up on the BBC’s hit show The Apprentice, will launch her range, titled Bianca Miller London, in selected Topshop stores this Saturday (August 27).

Bianca Miller London will be available in Topshop’s global flagship store on London’s Oxford Street, as well as in Canary Wharf, Knightsbridge, Birmingham (Bull Ring), and Edinburgh stores over the coming weeks.

Items will also be stocked in Topshop’s Chicago and New York stores and online at Topshop.com

“I am so excited that Topshop is stocking my tights – I’m sure I will be one of the first to see the range in store on Saturday,” Miller said.

“For many years, the range of nude hosiery on offer was so limited. I saw a gap in the market to bring multiple nude tones to the retail sector, and I’m incredibly proud to bring a solution to women who rely on this wardrobe staple all over the world.”

The personal branding expert launched Bianca Miller London in 2015, one year after losing out to fellow entrepreneur Mark Wright on the hit BBC 1 show.

She had previously struggled to buy nude tights in her teens and was often find the darkest shade “wasn’t dark enough for me”.

She told The Voice: “I would expect to be able to pay for tights that suited me. There is definitely a market. I have looked into the market. There isn’t anyone offering it.

“Options are so important. Shoppers want a choice. It will also drive you as a business to do the best that you can. It keeps you on your toes because you know your customers could go elsewhere if you don’t raise your game.”

Topshop will stock five colours of Bianca Miller London’s tights, including Rose, Sand, Latte, Chestnut and Chocolate, in sizes S/M and M/L.

The entire colour spectrum spanning eight tones in both tights and lace hold-ups are currently available through biancamillerlondon.com, as well as on Amazon.co.uk, mynudest.com and littleblackdress.com
