WELLNESS: Vibrantly African's event will showcase a variety of healthy living options

THE VIBRANTLY African lifestyle and wellness event team invites you to come and experience the magic touch of Africa.

Get together and celebrate together in an Ubuntu setup.

In Southern Africa, the Nguni term Ubuntu has come to be used as a term for a kind of humanist philosophy, ethics, ideology and worldview. It is often translated to mean, “I am because we are”, an African way of thinking about what it means to be human, and how we as humans are connected to one another.

In essence, it is that a person's humanity is through the recognition that there is an "other" who is unique and different, but still connected to us. At the heart of the definition, is the connectedness that exists or should exist between people. It is in this spirit that we invite you to connect with us through this event…come and experience African culture and heritage at its best!

Vibrantly Africa brings like-minded people who are interested in exploring African lifestyle and afro wellness together in a community-oriented setting. The event will have a strong emphasis on showcasing a variety of healthy living options, friendly options for fun and leisure, and guidance for self-development and empowerment. It will also offer opportunities for visitors to learn about making more conscious choices about their physical health, emotional wellbeing, finances, and growing their souls through motivational talks, coaching and private mentorship workshops.

The Vibrantly African lifestyle and wellness event will be hosted at Kensington Town Hall on September 28.

Join us on an amazing journey of fun, leisure, information and spiritual awakening through the sacred and magical heritage and cultures of Africa.

Visitors can expect to find everything from wellbeing and wellness treatments, holistic therapists, Reiki, reflexology, facials, manicure and pedicure, natural skin care products and makeup.

There will also be face painting for children and space for kids to play.

In addition to the range of lifestyle exhibitors, there will also be a fashion show, storytelling, poetry, live music and more.
