AC MILAN striker Mario Balotelli has reportedly missed a meeting discussing race with the Italy Minister for Integration because he overslept.
According to media reports in Italy, the former Manchester City forward was scheduled to meet with the country’s first black minister Cecile Kyenge to discuss how to combat racism in the country.
But Kyenge told Gazzetta Dello Sport that Balotelli failed to show up, yet insisted that she still wants to meet him to talk about how he can play a pivotal role in tackling racism.
Balotelli helped Italy qualify for the World Cup in Brazil by scoring twice in last night's victory over the Czech Republic.
