RAPPER MIST has been shot in Portugal, according to reports.
The 27-year-old, whose real name is Rhys Thomas Sylvester, was attacked during a suspected burglary, Birmingham Live reported.
The intruders stole Mist’s passport, phones and jewellery after breaking into the luxury villa he was staying in in the Algarve.
The incident is understood to have occurred at approximately 10pm local time on Tuesday (August 27).
After the shooting, Mist was driven to a hospital in Faro by two friends he was holidaying with. Earlier this month he performed at festival Afro Nation, which took place in Praia de Rocha, southern Portugal.
The Mobo-winning rapper’s friends told police that the burglars had Irish accents. The attackers have not yet been identified.
