BRIEFLY BUSTED: Snoop Dogg

VETERAN AMERICAN rapper Snoop Dogg was detained at a Norwegian airport after authorities allegedly found eight grams cannabis on him, reports website TMZ.

The 40-year-old Gin and Juice hitmaker was at the Kjevic Airport in Kristiansand where they allegedly discovered the marijuana.

Snoop, who is set to perform at the Hove Festival today (June 28), was fined roughly £1,200 before being released.

Real name Calvin Broadus Jr, Snoop was previously arrested for a drugs-related bust in January after being stopped at a Boarder Patrol checkpoint in Texas.

It is claimed that several cigarettes containing cannabis were discovered in his tour bus while he was in the state.
