FORMER JLS singer Oritse Williams has been charged with raping a woman at a hotel after a concert.
The 31-year-old singer is accused of raping a fan in a hotel room in Wolverhampton after a gig in December 2016.
West Midlands Police said Williams, who shot to fame on The X Factor in 2008 as one member of JLS, has been charged with one count of rape.
A second man Jamien Nagadhana, 31, of Hounslow, has been charged with one count of assault by penetration.
A West Midlands Police spokesman said: "Police have charged two men with sexual offences following an allegation of rape at a Wolverhampton hotel in December 2016.
"Oritse Williams, aged 31, from Croydon, London, has been charged with rape.
"Jamien Nagadhana, aged 31, from Hounslow, London, has been charged with assault by penetration."
Williams previously denied the allegations in a statement at the time of his arrest.
They will both appear in court next month.
